Each enrolled individual agrees to provide truthful data in the registration form and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. The participant is responsible for having the necessary equipment and connection to follow synchronous activities. They must also report any unauthorized use of their account within 48 hours of detecting it.
Career recommendations, portfolio feedback, and assessment reports are prepared using technical and pedagogical criteria, but they do not constitute a guarantee of employment or financial outcomes. Professional advancement depends on external factors such as the job market, prior experience, and the participant's own decisions. InnovaCareer does not promise job placement or minimum income derived from the training.
The platform is offered on a basis of reasonable availability, with occasional interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or prolonged interruptions that affect the progress of a program. We also assume no responsibility for the misuse of materials by third parties who access them without authorization.
We may suspend or cancel an individual's participation when fraud is detected in enrollment, plagiarism of work, harassment of other participants, or repeated failure to comply with community standards. In such cases, notification will be sent by email, and a five-business-day period to provide a defense will be offered before the measure takes effect.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in programs, legal adjustments, or operational improvements. Modifications will be published on this page at least fifteen days before they take effect.
